Job Description

To drive the office vehicle safely and efficiently in conducting official business, while performing the following duties:

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintaining the vehicle in perfect running condition which includes timely servicing, of changing, filter replacement, tuning, washing the vehicle and informing the concerned staff if there are major repairs to be done either electrical or mechanical.
• Maintaining a log book for the vehicle and ensuring that trips are registered.
• Couriering of official mail, parcels and documents including the payment of bills.
• Attending to bank related activities such as depositing of cash / cheques, withdrawal of cash and collection of bank statements, etc.
• Collection, pickup and delivery of mail and other materials as required from and to the post office, government agencies and other institutions.
• Packaging/packing of material received for dispatch; labelling, inserting material in envelopes and tracking outgoing mail;
• Other duties as required.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Ability to read and write at a level necessary for successful job performance.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license is essential
• Clean Driving record
• 2 or more years of driving experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
