Job Description
A reliable, professional and safety-conscious Driver for staff transfers services preferable residing in Northern region of Mahe.
Summary of the duties and responsibilities.
- Comply to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehicles.
- Ensure compliance with company safety policies and customer service standards.
- Safely and efficiently transporting staff members to and from work, events, offices, or other company- related designated locations.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism and friendly attitude while driving and communicating with staff members ensuring that they are comfortable and safe.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the vehicle, conducting routine inspections and reporting any issues.
- Report any accidents, vehicle damage, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.
- Any other related duties.

Minimum job requirements
Qualification
- Post-secondary education certificate or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license class 6 with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Exceptional driving skills, commitment to ensuring comfortable and secure transportation for all staff members
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for staff members
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and conduct
- Ability to manage time effectively, follow schedules and to work independently.
- Ability to operate a variety of vehicles vans, or buses) safely.
- Ability to pass all the required medical tests.
- Ability to occasionally lift items of moderate weight.
Experience
- At least four years proven satisfactory work experience as a driver in handling staff transportation preferably in a customer service environment staff transportation setting.
- Flexible working hours, depending on staff schedules.
