Job Description

To undertake the responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of premises as well as extending after sales service to the customers.

Responsibilities

• Survey the premises and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards.
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems; replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.….
• Carrying out minor repairs like fixing leaks, patching drywall, painting, and other general maintenance tasks
• Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Maintaining a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Conduct general upkeep procedures and other tasks assigned like unloading containers

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as Maintenance Technician
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, carpentry and other systems
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• High school diploma or equivalent; certificate in building maintenance technology or relevant field will be a plus
• Certified Maintenance and professional reliability are desired.
• Ability to read technical manuals and drawings
