Job Description

Position Summary

The Guest Relations Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by acting as the main point of contact for guest needs, requests, and feedback. Ensures personalized service throughout the guest journey, promptly addresses concerns, and works closely with all departments to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
  • Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and room allocations in coordination with the Front Office
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, providing solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions to advise guests accurately.
  • Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to meet guest requirements.
  • Follow up on guest feedback and ensure any issues are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain guest profiles and records, including preferences and special requests.
  • Assist with VIP guests and special occasions, ensuring personalized attention.
  • Support hotel events and activities by providing guest information and services.
  • Uphold the hotel’s service standards, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Professional, courteous, and service-oriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Friendly, approachable, and well-groomed
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Committed to delivering high-quality guest experiences.
