Job Description
Job Role: Primary point of contact for all guests at the resort.
Greeting guests, coordinate arrivals, check-in and check-out, transportation, special events, special request, explain hotel amenities & dining options, produce room keys, assist guests to their villas, arrange for luggage to be brought to the villas, handle customer complaints, book excursions and assist the guest daily to ensure they have a positive and memorable experience during their stay. Attend to guests’ enquiries by email and on the telephone.
Working Hours: Must be flexible. Required to work shift (8 – 4 or 3 -11), Public Holidays & Weekends with one day off per week.
Location: Cerf Island

Job Requirements
- Knowledge and experience in similar positions is required. Fluency in English & French.
- Additional language is a plus.
- Must be Outgoing, professional and customer oriented.
- Strong multitasking abilities, proficiency in computer systems, problem solving skills.
