Job Description

Summary of duties:

• Perform arrival and departure services to the guests/clients
• Handle porter/shuttle service on arrival, on departure and during guest stay
• Viewing of units with prospective guests/clients
• Perform pre-arrival and departure property checks in terms of cleaning standard
• Perform pre-arrival and exit inventory checks
• Ensure guest satisfaction throughout stay
• Arrange and manage check out and departure process

Benefits

Salary: Depending on qualifications and experience

Job Requirements

Skills, Attributes and Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar position
• Computer literate on Microsoft Office products and related Property Management Systems e.g. Fidelio Opera would be a plus
• Must be prepared to work flexible hours including weekends/public holidays
• Good command of English and French languages
• Must be in possession of a valid driver’s license
