Job Description
Main Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for the Stevedoring Section – for all stevedore movements in line with the daily operations, Managing, Planning ensuring that all stevedores ready to start operations early and that the daily operations are carried out in a safe manner in line with Safety standards of the operations.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Must have at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position – Managing Stevedores a plus
- Must have experience and qualifications in people Management
- Should possess good leadership skills, planning and organizing
- Should be very good in communication both spoken and written
- Must be able to perform in a demanding large Port area
- Must be energetic and in good health condition
- Must be a good team player
