Job Description

To assist in the development of the Heineken brand throughout all segments of the retail market in the Seychelles:

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Increase overall sales & consumption, brand presence & awareness in assigned area
• Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Maintaining outstanding visual brand standard (Retail shops and Supermarkets)
• Assist with the sales process by taking customers’ orders and ensuring stock orders
• Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
• Keep up to date with product information and advise customers
• Accurately describe product features and benefits
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Communicate with the back office regarding settlements and holdings
• Follow up on customer’s order: preparation, invoicing, delivery
• Assist with coordinating events to promote the Heineken Brand

Job Requirements

Profile:

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Sales and trade background
• Good driving experience with a valid Driver’s License (Police report)
• Must be able to speak and write in French and English
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Must have basic accounting background
• Excellent computer skills
• Prepare to work odd hours at times
