• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, customer service, or yachting is an advantage.
• Friendly, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good grooming and presentation.
• Able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays – to cruise weekly
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a marine environment.
• Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safety is an advantage.
• Swimming ability and basic first-aid knowledge are an advantage.
