Job Description
The HR & Administration Coordinator (HRC) delivers efficient, compliant human-resource management and administrative support across all operating divisions. The role is the central point for recruitment, employee relations, records and compliance, and day-to-day office administration
Reports to: Contract & Service Delivery Manager (CSM)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources
- Manage end-to-end recruitment — drafting job descriptions, advertising, screening, coordinating interviews and issuing offers.
- Maintain accurate, current employee records in line with the Employment Act.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction across the divisions
- Administer leave
- Apply and monitor the company’s HR policies consistently across divisions.
- Run the annual performance-appraisal cycle and support training and development.
- Own the HR function proactively, bringing initiatives forward.
Employee Relations & Representation
- Represent the company before any competent authorities regarding employment matters
- Manage grievances, disciplinary processes through to resolution, within policy and Employment Act.
- Prepare and hold accurate case records, final-dues computations and correspondence.
- Handle confidential and personal information correctly, keeping restricted records restricted.
Payroll & Statutory Submissions
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Reconcile payroll monthly and evidence any corrections on both sides.
- Liaise with the CSM on salary adjustments, increments and corrections.
Administration & Office Management
- Manage general office administration Supervising the office assistant and operation assistant
- Coordinate meetings,
- Administer rent, leases and related notices, actioning them by their due dates.
- Manage telephone, internet, utilities and office supplies within approved budgets.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure HR and administrative practice complies with Seychelles legislation
- Keep business licenses, permits, statutory registrations and insurance current,
- Support the maintenance of governance documentation, policies and procedures.
Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Lead
- Serve as the company’s EHS Lead across all divisions.
- Maintain EHS policies, risk assessments and safety records.
- Coordinate incident reporting and investigation, and first-aid and fire-safety provisions.
- Run safety inductions, inspections and awareness across sites.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety legislation, and report EHS performance to management.
Manage Direct reports
Effective management of direct reports (Office Assistant/ Operation Assistant)

Job Requirements
- Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least Five years in an HR, administration or office-management role.
- Sound knowledge of Seychelles employment law and HR practice.
- Confidence to represent the company before employment authorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
