We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative & HR Officer to join our team. The role involves handling staff HR matters (recruitment, records, rotas, discipline), ensuring company rules are followed, and supporting smooth day-to-day office operations.
Job Description
- Preparing and managing staff rotas
- Maintaining employee records and HR support
- Enforcing company policies (uniforms, attendance, conduct)
- General administrative tasks (filing, letters, correspondence, office supplies)
- Assisting the Inventory Controller by reviewing teller sales books and checking data accuracy

Job Requirements
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills, good communication, attention to detail, and computer literacy (Word, Excel). Previous HR or Admin experience is an advantage.
