Human Resources & Budget Management Officer
Job Description
Summary of Duties
Provide support in key HR functions including recruitment, training and development, performance
monitoring, employee relations and budget management, while ensuring effective personnel operations
and compliance with policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR functions.
- Implement HR strategies aligned with the Ministry’s objectives.
- Oversee recruitment, job descriptions, job evaluations and performance management.
- Administer payroll, benefits and maintain employee records.
- Coordinate training and staff development programmes.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
- Liaise with departments, MDAs and the Public Service Bureau.
- Prepare and manage HR-related budgets.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualification & Experience
- Diploma in Human Resources Management/Management
- Two (2) years of experience
