Job Description

Job Role

To perform scheduled, reactive and preventative maintenance on property and equipment to reduce the occurrence of workplace accidents and to lengthen the lifespan of the property and its equipment’s.

• Responsible for all installation and repairing of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system on the property.
• Accountable for maintaining the A/C systems, washing machines, dryers and other electrical appliances on a periodic basis.
• Report Writing & maintaining Maintenance Logs.
• Preventive Maintenance Plans.
• Assist in Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance and Electromechanical Maintenance.

Location

Anonyme Island, East coast of Mahe, opposite to the Seychelles International Airport.

Working Hours

8.00am to 5.00pm (inclusive of One hour lunch + Fifteen minutes break time)

Job Type

Full Time Contract, Six days a week – alternate Saturday

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong verbal & written communication skills.

• Multitasking, problem solver, flexible and & high level of Customer service.
