Job Summary
Oversee the kitchen team and day-to-day catering operations for the workforce. Duties include supervising and coordinating the team of cooks, planning menus and food stock requirements, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, monitoring meal quality and portion control, and reporting to management on kitchen operations and staffing needs.
