As a member of the team, you will be responsible for the effective execution of the life assurance operations functions which includes direct and indirect insurance sales, customer education and stakeholder management.

Job Description

Summary of Main Roles

• Provide clients with information on our Sacos Life, line of products;
• Prepare quotations for clients upon request for any of our life products;
• Conduct appropriate customer due diligence as per the Company’s policy.
• To provide appropriate pricing according to the risk level.
• To process the following: policy amendments, cancellations, lapses and assignments.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and Company standards.
• Selling a range of insurance products.
• Visit existing and potential clients on a regular basis.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Essential;
  • SBSA Diploma in Accounting and Finance
  • CII Certificate.
  • 3 years of experience in the insurance sector.
• Desirable;
  • SBSA Diploma in Office Management
  • CII Foundation.
  • 5 years of experience in the insurance sector.
