Invitation for Expression of Interest – Zip Line Activities at L’Union Estate, La Digue 166 views

As part of the company’s tourism plan to increase and offer more diverse and varied attractions within the Estate, L’Union Estate Company Ltd is therefore seeking Expressions of Interest from interested parties to undertake and operate Zip line activities within the Estate.

Interested bidders should meet the following eligibility criteria:

1. A written application expressing an interest to build and operate a Zip line facility inside L’Union Estate
2. The applicant must have, and demonstrate in writing, the relevant technical experience, designs, set-up, operation, maintenance and running of a zip line facility
3. The applicant must have a team of skilled personnel capable of operating and running of the zip line facility. Qualifications and experience of key personnel in the operation and set-up of a zip line facility shall also be a pre-requisite when submitting the business plan
4. The applicant must be a company or organization registered and domiciled in the republic of Seychelles
5. The applicant must be able to support point no. 1 with professional references contacts and pictorials of a similar facility under the applicant’s management either within the republic of Seychelles or anywhere else in the world.
6. The eligible applicants must submit their responses either via email or in a sealed envelope marked “Zip Line project’’
7. The applicant must submit a fully detailed business plan covering all the points as outlined in the ToR (terms of Reference)
8. Only the applicants meeting the qualification criteria shall be shortlisted

All bids for the project to be addressed to the Administration Manager, either by physical mail addressed to: Administration Manager| L’Union Estate Co. Ltd| L’Union Estate | La Digue or via email on adminofficer@lunionestate.sc not later than 3pm on Friday 17^th January 2025.

No responses will be accepted after the set deadline.
