Job Description

To manage and develop ISPC Seychelles wholesale Cash & Carry activities in its premises at the SIBA Zone.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

• Actively participating in the management team’s meetings and the execution of decisions made
• Caring for the welcoming of customers in the store
• Leading the process of creating new customers in Mercator and editing customer cards
• Leading the execution of barcoding and labeling products
• Leading the process of filling in shelves and putting price labeling on each product
• Caring for the information of cash & carry customers regarding products
• Caring for putting sales material where needed; participating in the customers’ claim management process
• Leading and executing DLC Management
• Caring for promotions of products and shrinkage of out-of-date products, Validating volume of products to be portioned
• Caring for optimal in-store communication
• Caring for the cleaning of the store and the maintenance of refrigeration technics
• Ordering packaging bags and caring for the technical maintenance of the store
• Caring for the scanning of products at check-out, the sending of weekly invoices to customers, the cash-in and the check-in control of cash
• Realizing regular stock inventories and identifying reasons for stock differences
• Leading the good execution of the process of identifying, counting and stocking of goods, controlling DLC and transferring delivery documents to Product Management
• Identifying reasons for stock differences and constantly advising the CEO and the management team to optimize stock management
• Caring for the full respect of quality and hygiene policy in the portioning activity

Job Requirements

Profile:

The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• At least 5 years’ working experience in sales and marketing in the daily management of a large food store wholesale to professionals
• Perfect knowledge written and spoken of English, French, Italian or Dutch
• Must be goal oriented and have excellent knowledge of customer service
• Must have strong analytical and business skills
• Strong understanding of customer relations and market dynamics
• Good knowledge of Computer (Microsoft) usage is a must
• Strong leadership skills and experience to be able to lead a team of more than 30 collaborators
• Capacity to make decisions
• Accurate sense of details
• Very good knowledge of professional products (fresh, frozen, dry, non-food and beverages) used in the European gastronomy
• Team spirit
