Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. You will be exposed to different categories of ICT works ranging from Hardware, Business software, Servers, Office equipment, CCTV, Networking, Satellite dish, Intercom, Access control etc. for installation, configuration, support and maintenance.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in an IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of problem-solving skills
• Proactive and self-driven
• Fundamental understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A qualification in Information Technology or related field is advantageous.
