Summary of duties:

• Install, configure, support & maintain computer hardware and business software
• Maintain servers, office equipment & networking infrastructure
• Support CCTV, access control, intercom & satellite dish systems
• Provide reliable, effective technical support across all ICT areas

Job Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in an IT support role
• Strong problem-solving skills; proactive & self-driven
• Fundamental understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Excellent communication & customer service skills
• IT qualification advantageous
