Job Description
Job Purpose:
The IT Technician – Application Support is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s software applications. This role involves resolving technical issues, providing user support and training, managing software updates, and ensuring the smooth operation of business applications.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar application or technical support role.
- Familiarity with database systems (SQL), application servers, and web-based platforms.
- Good understanding of Information Technology Infrastructure Library practices is an advantage.
