Job Requirements

Educational Background

• Preferred: Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, Customer Service, or a related field (advantageous)

Experience

• Preferred: 2-5 years’ experience in customer service
• Experience in the airline, hotel, or tourism industry.

Language Skills

• English(spoken/written)
• French, Creole

Technical/professional Skills

• Basic computer skills (Minimum)
