We are looking for a Junior Information Security Officer to join our Bank. This role will support the monitoring, maintenance, and reporting of system performance, information security, and operational compliance across Seychelles Commercial Bank.
Job Description
Key Focus and Responsibilities:
- Conduct systems monitoring and reporting
- Assist with incident coordination and documentation
- Access and credential administration support
- Assist with the implementation of IT and Cybersecurity policies
- Support cyber awareness culture within the Bank
- Ensure Adherence to data security protocols
Job Requirement
Education, Competencies & Work Experience
- Diploma in information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of computer networks, system administration, and cybersecurity fundamentals
Preferred Experience
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk environment
- Certification in CompTIA Security+, Microsoft MTA, or equivalent (Advantages)
- Familiarity with ISO 27001 controls and regulatory compliance standards
