Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the Intelvision network customer related services by using given monitoring tools in a 24/7 rota base operation and basic troubleshooting of services.
- Coordinate with relevant parties on any event of network/service outage and notify relevant internal teams and share progressive updates until issue resolve.
- Maintain records of incidents/outages.
- Engage Server rooms, Backbone Hub maintenance (Power, Servers, Network equipment’s and related cabling) when necessary.
- Engage on Corporate customer service issues troubleshooting and management of service outages remotely/onsite.
- Residential customer trouble ticket handling related to general service issues.
- Engage on any other NOC daily operations defined on NOC SOP or assigned by NOC Supervisor or Manager
Job Requirements
Qualification:
- Complete SIT Certification level on Telecommunication.
