Job Description

Duties

1. To ensure General cleanliness of the kitchen in Specific areas such as:- the two Main Stores, Dry Goods Stores, Chiller Room, Pastry, cold room and outside the kitchen area.
2. Washing of pots and kitchen utensils
3. To defrost and clean deep freezers and refrigerators
4. To ensure cleanliness of tile in the kitchen, fish cleaning area, vegetable area, all windows and doors within the kitchen.
5. Carry-out pressure cleaning within the kitchen.
6. Any other kitchen related duties required.

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS / JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have completed S5 level of education
• Must have at least 1-year experience in kitchen stewarding
• Must be physically fit
• Must be able to do heavy lifting
