Job Description

Position Summary

Seeking for a dependable and Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team. Ensuring all linen, uniforms, and guest laundry are cleaned, pressed, and maintained to the highest standards of hygiene. Supporting housekeeping operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel linen, uniforms, and guest laundry.
• Operate laundry machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Monitor laundry chemicals and replenish supplies as needed.
• Maintain proper storage and labelling of clean linen and uniforms.
• Inspect linen and garments for stains, damages, or defects and report as necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and chemical handling standards.
• Assist housekeeping with linen delivery and collection as needed.
• Record laundry activities and ensure inventory accuracy.

Job Requirements

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping environment.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment and machinery.
• Physically fit to handle heavy loads and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good Teamwork.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
