Job Description
Key Responsibilities
To assist the Human Resources and Learning & Development team in coordinating employee learning, development, and general HR administration. The role supports the day-to-day operations of the HR office, helping to promote a positive, learning-focused workplace culture.
Learning & Development Support
- Assist in organizing, scheduling, and coordinating training programs for all departments.
- Support the preparation of training materials, attendance lists, and certificates.
- Help conduct new hire orientation and onboarding sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date training records and learning databases.
- Prepare monthly training reports, summaries, and attendance statistics.
- Coordinate external training requests and liaise with institutions or trainers.
- Promote employee participation in development and upskilling opportunities.
HR Administration Support
- Assist with employee documentation, filing, and HR record management.
- Help update employee databases, leave records, and HR trackers.
- Support recruitment activities such as posting vacancies, screening CVs, and arranging interviews.
- Participate in onboarding processes and ensure smooth integration of new staff.
- Provide administrative support during employee events, performance reviews, and HR audits.
- Help prepare HR letters, memos, and internal communications when needed.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, team-building events, and recognition programs.
- Support communication of HR notices, training calendars, and policy updates.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to training or HR processes.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ experience in HR or training coordination (internship or hotel experience preferred).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Discreet, professional, and service-oriented.
