Job Description
Job Purpose
To facilitate learning and training programmes assigned by the Head of Programmes.
The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing and delivering lectures, workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
- Designing and delivering well-moderated examination papers with comprehensive marking guides.
- Assessing students’ assignments and grading their performance.
- Regularly monitoring and reporting on students’ attendance and progress.
- Contributing to the overall quality and development of the educational process.
Job Requirements
Requirements for the post:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Social Sciences, or Humanities.
- A Master’s degree in any of the above fields, and or possession of a Postgraduate Diploma is an added advantage.
- At least two (2) years of relevant work experience after university.
- In-depth knowledge of the subject area.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
