Job Description
Job Summary:
Manage and oversee the performance, operations, customer experience and people management of the Main Branch. The role ensures delivery of excellent customer service, achievement of commercial objectives, compliance with approved policies and controls, and contribution to the growth of Retail Banking through effective sales execution, operational discipline, risk management and staff development.
Job Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Certified Branch Management Certificate or equivalent with at least 2 years of managerial experience in Retail Banking.
