Job Title: Maintenance Assistant

Job Description
Summary of Duties
The Maintenance Assistant will perform the general maintenance and repair on building and facilities including plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry and other building system.
Additionally, he will provide general cleaning, landscaping, facilities upkeeping and labor related task that are required to be undertaken by the HR and Administration Department.

Commensurate with the qualifications and experience.
Job Requirements
Education (Special Knowledge) Qualifications/Experience
- SIT Certificate OR
- 2-5 years as maintenance technicians or related field
Required Skills
- Ability to perform electrical, plumbing, masonry and carpentry
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
