Lazare Properties Ltd is seeking a reliable and organized Maintenance Store Keeper to support our Finance department. The role involves receiving, issuing, and tracking maintenance materials, spare parts, and tools, ensuring accurate inventory records and timely support to operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and issue maintenance materials and spare parts
- Keep inventory records updated
- Conduct regular stock counts
- Maintain a clean and organized store
- Coordinate with Maintenance & Procurement for replenishment

Job Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements
- Experience in storekeeping, inventory, or warehouse roles
- Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and materials
- Experience with JANA software would be beneficial but not essential
- Computer literacy and good record-keeping skills
- Organized, responsible, and attentive to detail
- Preferably living in the south area
