Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage the Credit Operations Unit to ensure the efficient administration of banking facilities, delivery of high-quality services to internal and external customers, and adherence to regulatory and internal credit requirements. Monitor credit-related risk parameters, identify deviations from approved terms and conditions, escalate issues appropriately, and ensure effective risk mitigation within established risk management frameworks. Lead and develop the team while driving operational excellence, service standards, and continuous process improvement.

Job Requirements

Minimum Entry Requirement

Bachelor degree in business administration or law or equivalent preferably with ICA Diploma pr professional certification in Credit and at least 5 years of managerial experience with knowledge Banking product.
