Job Description

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and self-motivated professional to join our Marketing team. From handling day-to-day marketing operations, to helping implement creative marketing strategies, the Marketing Officer will play an important role in achieving the company’s goals.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Handle the entire email marketing cycle, including preparing and distributing client newsletters
• Assist with the production of our marketing deliverables, including website and product updates, campaigns, social media
• Assist with the delegation and coordination of the marketing team’s tasks, using project management tool Jira
• Manage content-related requests, including translations, in collaboration with our Content Localisation team and other stakeholders
• Assist with the execution of the company’s events and exhibitions
• Perform competition analysis and keep up with latest industry and marketing trends
• Provide support to the Marketing Manager on ongoing projects, as well as the rest of the team as and when necessary

Job Requirements

Main requirements:

• BSc in Marketing, Business or any other relevant degree
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of email marketing systems will be considered an advantage
• Working knowledge of CRM software (like WordPress), and HTML, will be considered an advantage
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and efficient, with strong attention to detail
• Strong project management and organisation skills
