POSITION: Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (Home-Based Child Care Services)
Job Description
KEY PURPOSE
Responsible for ensuring home-based childminding services comply with legislation, standards, and policies through regular inspections, monitoring visits, and quality assurance reporting.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or equivalent in Early Childhood Education (or related social fields such as Education, Health, or Social Work)
- At least 5 years of experience in a relevant social field
- Sound knowledge of inspection and regulatory work (desirable)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Databases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills (oral and written)
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Driving license is an advantage
