Are you a skilled problem-solver with a knack for maintaining and repairing a variety of systems? Canopy by Hilton Seychelles is seeking a Multitechnician to ensure our property runs smoothly, delivering a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members.
Position Overview
As a Multitechnician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair tasks across electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and other technical systems. Your expertise will contribute to the seamless operation of our eco-conscious hotel, reflecting Canopy’s commitment to quality and sustainability.
What You’ll Do
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential problems.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to complete planned maintenance schedules.
- Respond quickly to guest and operational maintenance requests.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with local building and environmental regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar technical or maintenance role, preferably in hospitality or a related industry.
- Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
