• To ensure that the museum shop/reception is well-maintained and functions effectively
• To provide reliable, friendly, professional, and dedicated service to visitors during their visit to the museum.

Entry requirements

• IGCSE certificate with grade C and above in English, French and History or related subjects or
• STA Certificate in Customer Service, plus 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist
