Are you a night owl with a passion for delivering exceptional guest service? Canopy by Hilton Seychelles is looking for a Night Receptionist to provide outstanding hospitality during the evening and overnight hours, ensuring our guests have a seamless and comfortable experience.
Position Overview
As a Night Receptionist, you will be the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring smooth check-ins, check-outs, and responding to any late-night inquiries or needs. You’ll play a key role in upholding Canopy’s welcoming and vibrant atmosphere, even after dark.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Process night audits and prepare financial and operational reports.
- Monitor and ensure the safety and security of the property during overnight hours.
- Collaborate with other departments to address guest needs promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in front desk or guest service roles, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and remain calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
