Overview:
Cleanse Seychelles is seeking a passionate and versatile Nutritionist/Cook who is also an engaging Guest Experience Specialist to join our team.
This unique role combines culinary expertise with an exceptional ability to create memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with our talented local chef to develop nutritionally balanced, plant forward menus that align with the retreat’s wellness philosophy.
- Meal Preparation: Work closely with our local chef to prepare high-quality, delicious, and visually appealing meals, utilizing fresh, local ingredients.
- Workshops: Host interactive cooking and nutrition workshops alongside the local chef to inspire guests to bring wellness practices into their daily lives.
- Guests Interaction: Engage with guests to understand their wellness goals and ensure a seamless, personalized experience throughout their stay.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience:
- Degree or certification in Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Experience as a chef, nutritionist, or wellness-focused cook is highly desirable.
Skills:
- Strong culinary skills with knowledge of health-focused cuisine.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for wellness and the ability to inspire and connect with guests.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to the dynamic needs of a wellness retreat.
