Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Undertake clerical/secretarial duties
- Setting up and maintaining filing systems
- Ensure proper receipt and recording and delivery of correspondence and maintain proper data base
- Undertake basic administrative work for the Highway Patrol Unit
- Assist with the planning of stationery requirements, purchasing, control and distribution
- Keep and maintain the register of assets, update the inventory list of office equipment, furniture and other assets
- Make photocopies, send telefax
- Reproduction of documents as and when required
- Responsible for the updating of personnel files and other files in the Highway Patrol Unit
- Any other related duties assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements
Minimum Entry Requirements:
- Certificate in Business Studies or Diploma in Secretarial Studies or Certificate in Office Management or equivalent or a minimum of two years relevant experience.
