Express Logistics Ltd is a Freight Forwarding company, providing a wide range of logistical support for Ocean and Air activities. We clear, forward, store and deliver cargo for both ocean freight and airfreight. Express Logistics Ltd handles customs documents for bond trans-shipment cargo facilities for several companies. We have several overseas networks we work with, giving us access to the whole world for movement of cargos.
The company is seeking for suitable candidates for the above post.

Job Description
The Operations Manager will oversee and drive the daily operations of our business, ensuring high levels of efficiency and customer satisfaction. This is a leadership role where the individual will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of our operations and helping Express Logistics Ltd continue to grow and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure smooth and effective daily operations within the company.
- Manage operational procedures to increase revenue and improve service quality.
- Develop and implement formal staff training plans to ensure team development.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies.
- Manage team relations, including recruitment, retention, and performance management.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Management or related field
- Proven experience in an operational management role, ideally within logistics or freight forwarding.
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to freight forwarding
