Presafe Services Limited is seeking to employ an Operations Manager at its sales office located at Providence Industrial Estate. The main responsibility of the role is to oversee all key aspects of project execution, including planning, coordination, and resource management.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and monitor project progress from start to completion.
• Determine personnel, materials, equipment, and space requirements.
• Establish priorities and work sequences.
• Ensure balanced workload among subordinates through effective allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.

Job Requirements

Qualification Requirements:

• Diploma in Management.
• Proven work experience in fields relevant to the post.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar position.

Proficiencies:

• Strong knowledge of logistical operations, particularly export and shipping.
• Computer literate with very good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.
• Excellent leadership and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Professional personality with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
