We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Packer/Loader/Operator to join our team at Cementis (Seychelles) Limited. It is the front line of operation and delivery. It consists mainly of weighing, checking and controlling all deliveries in and out in a safe way and gives the best services to our clients and contributes to the success of Cementis.
Job Description
- Pack cement into bags using packing equipment and manual handling where required
- Bag cement products and load them onto trucks for delivery
- Verify that cement bags are correctly packed with the correct weightage as per our quality standards
- Assist in cleaning of silos and maintaining terminal cleanliness
- Assist our mechanics during breakdowns
- Ensure proper housekeeping at the Terminal
- Operate forklifts safely and effectively -where applicable
- Adhere to all internal procedures
- Carry out duties related to unloading of cement ship vessels in Port
- Comply with all Health & Safety standards
- Basic knowledge in handling electrical and mechanical maintenance
- Any other duties as may be assigned by Management
