Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assess and address the social welfare needs of inmates.
• Facilitate access to healthcare, education, and vocational training programmes.
• Support family reunification initiatives and post-release reintegration planning.
• Provide ongoing welfare assessments and psychosocial support to inmates.

Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• A relevant qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Counselling, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in social work or community rehabilitation will be an added advantage.
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical practice and respect for human rights.
