Job Description
Summary of Duties
Responsible for managing and overseeing the procurement section and all activities of the Organisation, in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2008 and its subsequent regulations.

Job Requirements
Education (Special Knowledge) /Qualifications
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in any business-related fields
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement/ Business Administration plus 3 years’ experience as a Senior Procurement Officer/Analyst
OR
- Diploma in Procurement/Business Administration or relevant field plus 5 years’ experience as Senior Procurement Officer/Analyst
OR
- Certificate in Procurement/ Business Administration or relevant field plus 6 years’ experience as Senior Procurement Officer/Analyst
Required Skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to be innovative and propose new strategies to assist decision-making
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical and negotiating Skills
- Possess a driving license class 2 is an advantage
