Job Description

Job Purpose

• Perform production Planning in compliance with one issue by PPIC Europe in order to guarantee on-time supply of finished products to customers

Duties & Responsibilties

• Be the point of contact at IOT to the Central Supply Chain team from TUE for New Product Development from market
• Oversee all process and be liaison with all relevant party in the New Product Development until the process (material code, packaging, etc.) are ready 1 week prior to the production week as per the New Product Development process setup in IOT
• Organize and lead the New Product Review meeting by preparing all necessary data, inviting all relevant party, and presenting to relevant party on the new product specification and any relevant information to facilitate the production of such new product
• Maintain Bill of Material in SAP and update all database in Production Planning department according to the new products or changes in PDS or any changes from Production, Procurement, R&D etc. on a regular basis (daily)
• Build monthly, weekly, and daily material requirement plan (Fish and Secondary packaging):
• to respond to Demand Forecast,
• to respond to Master Production Schedule
• to avoid downtime due to lack of material
• Assess volume requirements vs planning assumptions vs actual consumption of material on daily, weekly, and monthly basis to adjust MRP accordingly
• Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels, support inventory checks to validate inventory accuracy including raise any discrepancy to PPD to assure the integrity of Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Work closely with Fish Supply, Procurement, and Inbound Logistic team to ensure supply of materials meets requirements and minimum safety stock levels, and ensure each team respect the schedule of materials-components supply to support production plan on a timely manner
• Work closely with Production manager to plan daily production (Fish issued, pack plan, Label and Case plan …) to ensure proper mix maintained to avoid any bottleneck or break downs
• Create Process orders in SAP and Shop floor order in Macola
• Ensure that all monthly, weekly, and daily plans (Monthly, Weekly, Pack plan & Fish issue) are done on time in order not hinder the operations
• Ensure that only approved Products EPNs are planned and produced
