Position: Quality and Compliance Auditor
Department: Quality Assurance
Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager
Job Description
Job Purpose
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Quality and Compliance Auditor to ensure institutional compliance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and internal policies. The role also supports continuous improvement by evaluating academic and operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compliance and internal audits across academic and administrative functions
- Monitor adherence to regulatory, accreditation, and quality assurance standards
- Identify risks, gaps, and non-conformance, and recommend corrective actions
- Support development and implementation of audit plans and risk management strategies
- Assist in policy review and alignment with current regulations
- Prepare audit reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Support accreditation processes and external audits
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance and quality standards
Job Requirements
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Education, Business Administration, Auditing, or related field
- Professional certification in auditing/compliance is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience (preferably in an educational institution)
- Knowledge of quality assurance systems and regulatory frameworks
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical and report writing skills
- High attention to detail and integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Performance Indicators:
- Reduction in compliance issues
- Timely completion of audit plans
- Effective implementation of corrective actions
- Successful accreditation outcomes
