Job Description
The Registrar serves as the executive head of the Council Secretariat, responsible for regulatory enforcement, and operational oversight under the Construction Professionals Council Act, 2022. The role ensures compliance with statutory functions, oversees registration and licensing processes, and provides authoritative guidance to stakeholders and government bodies.

Job Requirements
- 5–7 years of senior leadership or administrative experience in regulatory, legal, or compliance settings
- Strong understanding of statutory frameworks and compliance enforcement
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and oversee operations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Practical leadership and administrative experience will be prioritized
Working hours: Standard office hours (Monday–Friday), with occasional extended hours during Council meetings or disciplinary inquiries, site visits as required
