Job Purpose

To manage administrative works for both our existing sales pipeline and support the development of new business opportunities of IOT

• To support all sales activities including sales event, sales process, and relate with customers on those activities while maintaining good relationship with customers
• To support on invoicing process and documentation for sales and distributions activities

Basic Requirements & Competencies

EDUCATION:

• Graduate in business management, marketing, Communication, or related field
• School of business studies graduate
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in Communication, sales, marketing, customer service or related field preferably in FMCG, in a multicultural environment
• Experience of working within a Supply Chain organization is desirable
• Experience of working in a fast-paced lean business culture
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and experience of importing-manipulating data extracts from ERP systems

SOFT SKILLS:

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written within multi-cultural environment
• Customer service skills: good interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational skills and time management
• Motivated and driven attitude: Sales-driven, results-driven, and target-driven attitude
• Aptitude for persuasion and negotiation
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Digital skills: Familiarity with information technology, especially digital and video means of communication, is essential
