Job Description

Study all received request for quotations, prioritize and action.

Negotiate best possible rates with suppliers in order to secure business.

Actively influence clients on their choice of service in order to optimize yield.

Prepare relevant documents eg> vouchers, itineraries, invoices etc.

Handle Cruise Ships.

Benefits

Salary is dependent on qualifications and experience although induction training is given.

Job Requirements

  • A level standard of education.
  • Computer literacy – Word, Excel, Power Point.
  • Good oral and written English/French; other languages advantageous.
  • Excellent organization and communications skills with good time management.
  • At least two years’ driving experience with a valid driving license no: 2
  • Must be prepared to work odd hours including occasional Sundays and Public Holidays when clients are in destination.
  • Some experience in a similar position.
