Job Description

Job Summary:

The Sales Executive – Speciality Business is responsible for driving revenue growth through direct client engagement, face-to-face selling, and door-to-door sales for specialised and technical services, including pest control, termite treatment, bird control, fumigation services and other related solutions.

The role requires a consultative sales approach, combining field sales activity, basic technical understanding, and close collaboration with Operations to deliver compliant and effective service solutions to clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales and proactive field visits to generate new business opportunities.
  • Engage directly with clients at all levels, including operational staff, supervisors, managers, and decision-makers.
  • Promote and sell specialised pest control and hygiene services, including termites, rodents, birds, fumigation, and integrated pest management solutions.
  • Carry out site visits and preliminary assessments to understand client needs and risks.
  • Prepare technical quotations, proposals, and service agreements in collaboration with Operations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewals and repeat business.
  • Work closely with Operations and Health & Safety teams to ensure services sold are feasible, compliant, and delivered to standard.
  • Ensure service delivered is aligned with work quoted and signed by client.
  • Monitor market trends, emerging pest risks, and competitor activity.
  • Maintain accurate records of client visits, leads, quotations, contracts, and sales performance.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
  • Represent the company professionally during client visits, inspections, meetings, and audits.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and applicable laws.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, Environmental Health, Agriculture, or a related field. or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3+ years’ experience in technical or specialised sales, preferably within pest control, hygiene, facilities management, or related industries.
  • Proven ability and willingness to conduct door-to-door sales and extensive fieldwork.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical services to clients.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driving licence and ability to travel island-wide is an advantage.
