Job Description
Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and drive sustainable growth across all business channels. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, mentoring the sales team, and identifying new market opportunities to strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and objectives.
- Manage, motivate, and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Oversee pricing, promotions, and product distribution strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.

Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG, food, or beverage distribution.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical mindset with sound business acumen.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Seychelles-based candidates preferred, or willing to relocate.
